What’s your return policy?

I cannot grant a return or issue a full refund on a custom made quilt because you and I collaborate together on every part of your quilt. However, I can guarantee the strength of a quilt with double seams and a promise and pledge to repair or restore any damage done to the quilt during its lifetime!


Do you ship oversees and to P.O. boxes?

Yes, I’ll ship your package anywhere that can accept deliveries. I will send quilts in flat rate Priority Mail boxes that come with Tracking details and charge accordingly.  Hand Delivery is most preferred!


Do you have customer service?

Of course; I am available via email, regular USPS mail, phone and text.  Please leave a message either way, and your message will be returned within 24 hours.  Living in the mountains can prove difficult for 100% signal and service, so please be patient!
